Overview

All Atelier Pride products are made to order and fulfilled by our global production partner. This means your order is printed and dispatched specifically for you, please allow for production time in addition to delivery time.


Production & Processing

All orders require a production period before dispatch. Production typically takes 2–6 business days depending on the product and your location. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–8 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.


Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at info@atelierpride.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders where an incorrect address was provided at checkout.


Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Atelier Pride has no control over these charges.
