What are your prints made from?
All prints are produced on 250 gsm museum-quality, FSC-certified paper with archival pigment inks. Framed prints feature durable pine wood frames and shatterproof plexiglass.
Do you offer framed and unframed options?
Yes — most prints are available framed (ready to hang, includes hanging kit) or unframed (artwork only, ready for you to frame yourself).
How long does delivery take?
Orders are made to order and typically take 2–6 business days to produce, plus delivery time. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 30 days at info@atelierpride.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the EU, US, Canada, Australia, and many more countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
For international orders outside the UK, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please note that as prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns simply due to a change of mind on custom sizes. Contact us at info@atelierpride.com to start a return.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes — all paper is FSC-certified or equivalent, and orders are fulfilled by our supplier's global network, minimising shipping distances and carbon footprint.
